The Tobias teak table was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1935. Due to its natural oil content, the wood is very durable and resistant to wind and weather, and is not attacked by insects and rot. Over time teak furniture exposed to sun and rain will obtain a beautiful silver-grey color.
At Sika-Design, we only use premium plantation-grown teak from Indonesia marked with the Indonesian “Legal Wood” stamp for our teak furniture.
